Team & Organizational Work

I work with teams and organizations using CliftonStrengths® to support clearer collaboration, stronger working relationships, and more effective use of individual talent.

This work typically includes:

  • team workshops or facilitated sessions

  • strengths-based conversations to reduce friction and improve alignment

  • support during periods of transition, growth, or role change

The focus is on helping teams understand how they work together and apply that understanding in daily practice.

Individual Coaching

I also work one-to-one with individuals who want to apply strengths-based insight to their leadership, work, or decision-making.

This may include:

  • CliftonStrengths assessments and debriefs

  • ongoing coaching conversations

  • support through professional transitions or changing roles

The emphasis is on self-awareness, practical application, and thoughtful decision-making.
